How to Submit Your Application by Mail, FAX or In Person

Step 2: Complete one application for each person 18 or over and include identification, proof of income, and any other means of verification of information.
Step 3: Mail or deliver to Keller Williams Realty, 819 South Federal Highway, Stuart, FL 34994.
Step 4: Include total payment of $40 per person over 18 by check, money order or cashiers check payable to Keller Williams Realty or deliver to our office.
Step 5: You may FAX your application to 866-315-3437 but payment must be mailed or delivered to our office.

Register to Collect Sales Tax  The Tourist Development Tax (also known as "Bed Tax" or "Resort Tax") is a 4% tax on rentals or transient lodging of six(6) months or less. This is an addition to the 6½% Florida Sales Tax collected by the Florida Department of Revenue. The tourist tax is a local option sales tax collected by the Martin County Tax Collector. The tourist tax was approved by the voters in the September 2002 Primary Election Ballot.
