Landlord Tip of the Week:  Avoid this Mistake When Choosing a Rental Agent

Did you know rental agents who list your home on our local MLS must share or "co-broke" their commission should an outside agent find a tenant? Many rental agents only share 25% of their fee when there is a co-broke. This can discourage outside agents from showing your rental! Be sure to ask how much your listing agent will pay to outside agents who help find you a tenant.
