Fill Your Vacancy

Got a House, Condo, or Townhouse for Rent? Fill Your Vacancy Faster!

Vacancies are expensive! In the current rental market, the typical $1,000 a month vacant rental home can end up costing you over $1,500 a month after ads and expenses. There is a better way to find a tenant! We provide the targeted Web exposure your rental property needs to find the perfect tenant.

Your rental will be exposed to hundreds of renters in the Stuart area and beyond through real estate Web portals such as Realtor.com, TCPalm.com, CraigsList HotPads, Facebook, Twitter and more! Our service includes a Web page featuring your rental, syndication of your listing on multiple real estate Web sites, finding a tenant, running credit and background checks, collecting advance deposits and drawing up the lease.

There is no fee to you until we rent your property. We list quality single family homes for rent, condominiums for rent, townhouses for rent and seasonal or short term home rentals.

Here's what we do when you list your property for rent (full service listing agreement required):

  • Evaluate the rental potential of your property
  • Create a Web page featuring your rental
  • Exposure on multiple Web sites
  • MLS and Realtor.com
  • Finding a tenant
  • Comprehensive tenant screening
  • Collect advance deposits
  • Lease preparation
  • No fee until we rent your property
  • 10% commission for annual rentals
  • 15% commission for seasonal rentals
  • Collect sales tax, if applicable (tenant paid)

We have clients waiting for good quality rentals NOW - both short and long term rentals. If you want to rent your property quickly and get top dollar, fill out the form below or contact us to schedule a free rental evaluation of your property.

Landlord Tip

Did you know rental agents who list your home on our local MLS must share or "co-broke" their commission should an outside agent find a tenant? Many rental agents only share 25% of their fee when there is a co-broke. This can discourage outside agents from showing your rental! Be sure to ask how much your listing agent will pay to outside agents who help find you a tenant.
